脉动真空压力灭菌湿包原因分析与对策

Cause analysis and countermeasures of the pulsating vacuum pressure sterilizer wet package

目的分析脉动真空压力灭菌湿包原因,采取有效措施,减少或杜绝湿包的发生。方法采用脉动真空压力灭菌过程操作控制观察法,对912锅次、27632个无菌包随机分为实验组及对照组,对照组按照脉动真空灭菌器说明书进行操作,实验组在脉动真空灭菌器说明书进行操作的基础上采用延长锅体预热时间及进入灭菌程序前增加疏水1次。结果 27632个无菌包中,对照组湿包率0.3%;实验组湿包率0.07%,实验组湿包率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强消毒员操作规范管理,开机前排尽管道内的冷凝水,延长锅体预热时间,保证蒸汽质量,正确准备灭菌前物品,保证干燥时间,是减少湿包、提高灭菌合格率的有效途径。

Objective To analyse the causees of wet package in pulsing vacuum pressure sterilization, in order to take effective mea- sures to reduce or eliminate the wet bag rate. Methods 912 times of the pulsing vacuum pressure sterilization, and 27632 of sterile packets randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. Both groups sterilizated according to the pulsing vacuum ster- ilization instructions, and additionally experimental group extended warm-up time of the pot and increased hydrophobic once more be- fore sterilization. Results Among the 27632 sterile package, wet package rate in control group（0.3%） is higher than that of experi- mental group（0.07%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There were effective to improve the sterilizatione quality by strengthening disinfectors operation management, discharging condensed water in the channel as possible, extending warm- up time of the pot, and preparinge sterilization items correctly.
