Study on the Spatial Distribution Planning of Shanghai Cultural Facilities

利用效率问题是近年来上海文化设施发展的主要问题之一,如何有效地利用文化设施,提高文化设施的利用效率不仅仅要依赖于功能的策划,从空间布局而言,如何通过文化的效应吸聚人气,并有效结合周边功能,综合提高文化设施及周边地区的空间利用效率是十分重要的课题。通过对上海文化设施现状利用效率以及现状空间分布要素的分析,并借鉴国外相关案例,解析了上海文化设施利用效率问题背后的空间布局特征,并提出了总体的空间布局建议。

The use-efficiency problem is the major problem of the devefopment of Shanghai cultural facilities in recent years. It depends not only on the plan of function, but also on the spatial distribution to enhance the use-efficiency of the cultural facilities. Promoting the use-efficiency of cultural foelitfos and the surrounding areas is an important issue today, including the promotion of attracting people through the influence of culture and combining culture with the surrounding function. The characteristic of the spattal distribution of Shanghai cultural facilities is discussed through the analysis of the coexistence of Shanghai cultural facilittes and the influence element of their spatial distdbutfon. Some foreign examples are also used to assist the analysis of cultural facilities＇mixed-use development. Conclusions about the spatial distdbuhon are made based on the analysis
