摘要
近几年关于适合老年人的住区设计的研究是个较热门的课题,通过问卷调查等方式对住区适老性设施的重要性进行梳理,并结合现有住宅开发模式,提出在住区设计中充分糅入适老性设计,倡导无障碍住宅和适老住宅,实现居家养老。
The discussion of residential neighbourhood design for the aged population has been a hot topic for long , the author tries to tidy up the importance of aged people related facilities in typical residential community in Shanghai through mainly questionnaires, considering the current housing development method, propose to combine aged people related facilities into neighourhood design, introduce the concept of accessible house and house for the aged population in regular housing development practice, to support home pension plan,
