摘要 瘦素(Leptin)是近年来发现的一种由脂肪组织表达的细胞因子和激素。瘦素的表达及其受体(OB-Rb)的分布很广泛,其局部作用和整体效应十分复杂,最近的研究发现瘦素及其受体与人体多种肿瘤的发生和发展有关,甚至可以作为某些肿瘤诊断和预后的指标,因此受到众多研究者的关注。目前对瘦素及其受体的定位结构、信号传导途径、功能作用机制和其与肿瘤的关系研究己经取得初步进展,本综述通过相关文献总结瘦素受体的生物学特性、功能及其信号传导在多种肿瘤及前列腺癌中的作用并探讨其生物学行为和临床意义,以期为其步入临床做准备。 To study the relationship between leptin, it's receptor(OB-Rb) and tumor. Review the biological character and function of leptin, then the expression of leptin, OB-Rb in tumor, especially in prostatic carcinoma. The role of leptin and OB-Rb in the occurrence and progression of tumor was also discussed. Leptin and OB-Rb were expressed in many tumors, including prostatic carcinoma, they play a role in the occurrence and progression of tumor. The study of leptin and OB-Rb has got some hopeful results, but more detailed study is needed.
