摘要
广深沿江高速公路第4合同段多为沿海浅滩桥梁施工,地质条件复杂,受潮汐影响大,结构物数量多且结构形式相对简单。针对实际情况,其系梁、承台采用预制、安装工艺流水化施工,墩柱采用无脚手架施工工艺,极大地提高了施工效率,减少了措施材料的消耗,缩短了施工周期,取得了良好的经济效益。
The fourth contract section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen highway along the river is coastal shoal bridge construction, which has complex geological conditions, great influences by tide, large numbers of structures and relatively simple structures. In view of the actual situation, the tied-beam and pile cap use the streamline fabricated construction of prefabrication and installation, the pier stud use the non-scaffold construction technology, the construction efficiency is greatly enhanced, the material consumption is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and good economic benefit is achieved.
