通过对海外EPC项目实践经验的总结和反思,结合项目管理理论,对海外EPC项目组织结构、流程管理的优化进行探讨。并应结合企业管理体系和工程特点优化项目组织结构。
Based on the practical experience and re-think about oversea EPC project, combined with the project management theory, this paper discusses how to optimize the organization structure and workflow management of oversea projects, and the project's organization structure should be optimized according to the enterprise management system and project characteristics.
