艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤的临床特征及外科治疗分析 被引量：7

摘要 近年来，由于艾滋病患者普遍接受高效抗逆转录病毒治疗，患者存活期明显延长，艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤的增加，需要外科手术治疗的机会增多，但艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤有其自身的特征，外科治疗也有其特殊性，医生也缺少足够的重视。复旦大学附属上海市公共卫生临床中心2009年5月至2010年11月行腹部手术治疗艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤患者12例，现报道如下。
