低剂量人绒毛膜促性腺激素在控制性超促排卵中的应用

Effect of Low-dose Human Chorionic Gonadotropin in Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation

摘要 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)与黄体生成素(LH)有着相似的化学结构,并作用于相同的受体。但因其对受体的亲和力强、半衰期长,因此效果更为持久。hCG常规用于诱发排卵与保胎用药,本文对低剂量的hCG在控制性超促排卵(COH)中的应用作一综述。 Human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) and luteinizing hormone(LH) have the similar chemical structure.And both of them bind to the same receptor.However,hCG is more potent than LH due to its higher receptor binding affinity and a longer circulatory half-life.hCG is routinely applied in induced ovulation and maintenance of the pregnancy.This article reviewed the effect of low-dose hCG in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH).
