难治性获得性重型再生障碍性贫血的治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 难治性重型再生障碍性贫血(RSAA)预后较差,目前仍然没有统一的治疗方法。近年来随着异基因造血干细胞移(allo—HSCT)技术的发展,其疗效明显改善,成为治疗RSAA的有效手段之一。
