核糖体蛋白-鼠双微体2-p53信号通路的研究进展

摘要 p53基因是细胞生长周期中的负调节因子,与细胞周期的调控、DNA修复、细胞分化和细胞凋亡等重要的生物学功能有关。p53基因受多种信号因子的调控,其中较为重要的负反馈调控因子是鼠双微体(murine double mimute,MDM)2。在正常细胞增殖和分化过程中,MDM2-p53反馈回路对控制p53蛋白水平及其活化至关重要;并且经过该反馈回路的调节,实现在细胞受到各种打击后对p53的动态调节。笔者就RPs—MDM2-p53信号调控通路的研究进展进行综述。
