摘要
以蓝星化工新材料股份有限公司5万t/a电子级环氧树脂装置为案例,分析了对环氧树脂装置能耗具有较大影响的环节,发现1.05 MPa蒸汽、氮气、循环水能耗占比分别达64.83%、18.66%和12.06%。分阶段采取措施降低3种耗能介质单耗,使装置综合能耗从358.52 kg标煤/t环氧树脂降低到292.73 kg标煤/t环氧树脂。
Taking a 50 thousand t/a electronic grade epoxy resin plant in Blue Star New Chemical Material Co. ,Ltd. ,as example ,the greater influence factors on energy consumption of epoxy resin plant are analyzed. The results show that the energy consumptions for 1.05 MPa stemn, nitrogen and circulating water are 64. 83%, 18.66% and 12.06% of total energy consumptions, respectively. Special measures are taken to reduce the unit consumption for three energies in different phases, which make the overall energy consumption decrease from 358. 52 Kgce/t epoxy resin to 292. 73 Kgee/t epoxy resin.
