Immunoregulatory effect of oral low dose interferon α

摘要 Ⅰ型干扰素α(Interferon α,IFNα)和β(Interferon β,IFNβ)除了具有较强的抗病毒作用外,在对自身或外来抗原的免疫调节中也起着重要作用。本文对口含低剂量IFNα在局部和系统免疫调节中的作用作一综述。 As molecules with powerful antiviral activity,interferons α and β play critical roles in modulating immune responses to foreign and self-antigens.This paper reviews the role of oral low dose IFNα in local and systemic immunoregulation.
