顾客感知价值对网站客户转换率的影响实证分析

摘要 近年来越来越多的企业通过网站开展电子商务,但大多数企业网站营销无效果,主要原因在于网站的客户转换率低。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,通过实证分析系统研究顾客感知价值对网站客户转换率的影响。结果表明共有六大感知价值因子影响网站客户转换率,信任价值因子、服务价值因子对网站客户转换率有最大正向影响,质量价值因子、价格价值因子、定位价值因子、创新价值因子对网站客户转换率也存在正向显著影响。
