奶牛体细胞核移植技术的商业化应用

摘要 为了提高奶牛体细胞核移植产业化生产应用效率,拟通过优化高产奶牛体细胞克隆胚胎的体外生产技术条件,达到高效生产优质奶牛克隆胚胎进行克隆奶牛生产的目的。结果表明,从生产效率的角度考虑,卵母细胞直接进行盲吸去核处理,供体细胞无需进行同期饥饿处理,直接注入到盲吸去核后的受体卵子透明带下构建克隆胚胎,融合后的克隆胚胎在密封的混合三气(5%CO2+5%O2+90%N2)的气相条件下进行体外培养,利用西门塔尔牛做受体可以大规模地进行高产奶牛的商业化克隆。
