国有特大型建筑企业国际化战略模式与选择 被引量:3

摘要 本文对企业的国际化策略进行了理论回顾,考量了国有特大型建筑企业的国家背景,提出了市场进入模式选择的三大前提及理论模型。通过对中国国有特大型建筑企业的代表——中国交通建设股份有限公司进入安哥拉市场进行实证研究,验证了理论模型的有效性和适用性。
