人类乳头状瘤病毒与乳腺癌研究最新进展 被引量:3

摘要 人类乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)是一类与人类恶性肿瘤相关的病毒,最早发现其与子宫颈癌相关。乳腺癌是全球范围内女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害女性的生命健康。因此对于HPV与乳腺癌关系的研究就显的十分必要。该文对HPV的基本结构、致病机制、致乳癌机制与乳腺癌相关性研究及研究新思路进行综述。
