上海城市轨道交通车站非固定信息管理模式探讨

On Temporary Information Management at Shanghai Urban Rail Transit Stations

上海城市轨道交通的导向标志系统主要是根据2007年上海市交通管理局正式发布的《上海市轨道交通标志设置指导手册》来实施的。主要就该指导手册中未涉及,而车站又十分需要的各类临时性、阶段性、实时性的非商业运营服务信息,以及各类作为导向补充的运营服务信息等方面,总结了4个基本管理原则,使非固定信息呈现出一种相对固定的管理状态,在方便乘客的同时,也让车站环境更加舒适优美。

The passenger guiding system of Shanghai metro is implemented based on ＂Shanghai Rail Transit Sign Setting Guide Handbook＂, which was published by Shanghai Transportation Authority in 2007. But the information of metro stations is not included in the passenger guiding system, such as the temporary stages, real- time non- business operational information and other additional information services. Four cardinal principles are summarized in this paper, so the non-fixed information in the handbook will turn to be a relatively fixed steady-state. These principles will not only be benefit the passengers, but also make the station environment more comfortable.
