城市轨道交通综合监控系统实现了多专业和多系统集成,消除了信息孤岛。联动功能是综合监控系统的典型功能,能够综合利用各专业和各系统的信息,准确有效地完成复杂的多系统联合运作,尤其是在紧急情况下可以实现一键操作,大大降低了各级调度员的工作负荷,减少了人工操作出现错误的概率。该功能已成功应用干西南地区城市轨道交通线路。

ISCS （integrated supervisory and control system） achieves a comprehensive multi - disciplinary and multi - system integration, effectively eliminates information islands. As one of the typical functions of ISCS, the linkage function could use information of every professional system to complete a joint operation of multi - system accurately and efficiently, especially in an emergency situation. This function has been successfully applied to the metro lines in the Southwest China.
