脑卒中、脑外伤住院患者家属情绪状况的现状调查

Investigation on the mood state of stroke and cerebral trauma patients' family

目的:调查脑卒中、脑外伤住院患者家属情绪现状并分析其影响因素,以采取针对性护理干预措施。方法:对康复科脑卒中、脑外伤住院患者家属118例给予焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及社会支持评定量表的评定。结果:患者家属SAS、SDS量表得分较全国常模显著升高(P<0.05);SDS得分与社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分、支持利用度显著负相关(P<0.01,0.05);SAS得分与社会支持客观支持分显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:为脑卒中、脑外伤住院患者家属提供足够的社会支持有助于缓解其抑郁焦虑情绪。

Objective：To study the mood state of stroke and cerebral trauma patients＇ family and the related fac- tors. Methods： Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used to assess 118 families of stroke and cerebral trauma patients in department of rehabilitation medi- cine. Results： The SAS and SDS scores in patients＇ family were significantly higher than those in Chinese norm （P〈 0.05）. SDS scores were negatively correlated with the total scores of SSRS, objective support, subjective support, and availability of support （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Providing sufficient social support, and improving their support availability is a useful way to release the depression and anxiety of stroke and cerebral trauma patients＇ family.
