摘要
采用浸渍法制备Ru-Cu-Ni-CeO2/HZSM-5催化剂,对实验室规模的生物质气化焦油催化裂解的性能进行研究,并与HZSM-5以及Ru-Ni-CeO2/HZSM-5催化剂的性能进行对比.Ru-Cu-Ni-CeO2/HZSM-5催化剂具有高的活性和选择性,主要由于催化剂具有高表面积、适宜的孔分布以及高分散的活性组分.
Ru-Cu-Ni-CeO2/HZSM-5 catalysts were made by incipient wetness impregnation. Catalytic performance of the Ru-Cu-Ni-CeO:/HZSM-5 catalysts were studied and compared with performance of HZSM-5 and Ru-Ni- CeO2/HZSM-5 catalyst for syngas cleanup in a laboratory-scale biomass gasifier. It is concluded that Ru-Cu-Ni- Ce02/HZSM-5 catalysts can be applied as effective catalysts for biomass gasification tar removal and syngas conditioning. The excellent activity of the catalysts may be attributed to the utilization of HZSM-5 with high surface area and good pore size distribution and the high dispersion of the active metal components.
