摘要
砌体结构中的预制楼板在历次地震当中都遭到了严重的破坏,由于板端连接薄弱极易引起楼板整体塌落.传统施工工艺只是简单的通过预制板在墙体上的搭接长度来保证其连接整体性,无法有效的避免楼板塌落灾害的发生.预制楼屋盖板端一体化施工方法是一种能够增强预制楼板整体性的施工工艺.详细介绍了该施工工艺的实现方法,探讨了新技术的工艺优势和实施后的预期效果,为新工艺的推广应用提供技术参考.
Precast floors in masonry structure are subject to servere damages in previous earthquakes because the poor connection of cover plates tends to bring about the whole collapse of floors. In traditional construction technologies, the connection among the precast slabs is ensured by the lap joint between precast slab and the wall. This traditional technology can not avoid the damage of the precast slabs thoroughly. The construction technology that can make precast slabs to be in integration is a new technology that can strengthen the connection. The new construction technology is described in detail, and some major advantages are analysed broadly. This will provide references for the popularization and application of new construction technology.
