通过研究和优化加热、轧制、控制冷却工艺,解决了030mm规格轴承钢生产中存在的工艺质量问题,改善了轴承钢碳化物分布均匀性,提高了该规格轴承钢的外形尺寸精度和质量性能稳定性,满足了标准和市场用户要求。
Through studying and optimizing the heating, rolling and controlled cooling processes, the problems of technological quality existing in the production of 030mm bearing steel are solved, furthermore, the distribution uniformity of carbide in bearing steel is improved, the outline dimension precision and quality performance stability of bearing steel with this specification are increased, and the requirements of the standard and market users are met well.
