介绍了莱钢棒材厂多线切分工艺技术的开发,包括孔型系统的选择、工艺件的设计、生产过程出现的问题及解决办法。多线切分轧制工艺技术的成功应用,将Ф12mm带肋钢筋产量提高28.6%,同时吨钢综合能耗也大幅度降低。
The paper introduces the development of multi-stand slitting technology, including the selection of pass system, the workpiece design, the problems occurring in the production process and corresponding solutions. The successful application of the multi-stand Slitting rolling technology brings the yield increase of O12mm ribbed bar by 28.6%, meanwhile, the comprehensive energy comsumption per ton steel is greatly reduced.
