X-荧光熔融制样法测定磁铁矿中的TFe等7组分的含量

摘要 采用四硼酸锂为熔剂,硝酸锂为氧化剂,溴化锂为脱模剂,按试样与熔剂质量比1:20在1050℃熔融制成玻璃样片。X荧光光谱法测定磁铁矿中的全铁、钙、镁、铝、硅、钛、硫,全铁与含量大于0.10%的硫及其他组分均令人满意。 Taking lithium tetraborate as flux, lithium nitrate as oxidant and lithium bromide as release agent, the glass specimen is fused with the mixture of flux and specimen at the mass ratio of 1:20 at 1050℃, the total iron, calcium, magnesia, alumina, silicon, titanium and sulfur are determined by xray fluorescence fusion preparation method, and the results about total iron, sulfur above 0.10% and other components are all satisfying.
