高碳铬铁中铬和钛的快速测定 被引量:1

摘要 试样经过氧化钠熔融,铬被氧化为六价铬,以硫酸调节酸度后,在硫磷混酸介质中,N-苯代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定铬量。移取部分试液加亚硫酸钠溶液还原Cr^6+为Cr^3+,抗坏血酸还原Fe^3+为Fe^2+,二安替比林甲烷与钛形成黄色络合物,借此用光度法测定钛量。皆取得了较好的结果,测铬、钛的相对标准差分别小于0.1%、1.1%。 The sample is molten by sodium peroxide, chromium is oxidized to Cr^6+ , and after regulating the acidity by sulfate, in the medium of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, with N-phenylated anthranilic acid as a tracer agent, the chromium content is titrated by the standard solution of ammonium ferrous sulphate. Part of sample solution is taken, then, the solution of sodium sulfite is added in it to reduce Cr^6+ to Cr^3+ , the ascorbic acid is added to reduce Fe^3+ to Fe^2+ , and the diantipyrylmethane is used to forming a yellow complex with titanium, by this, the titanium content is determined by spectrophotometry. Then, the good results are achieved, and the relative standard deviations of chromium and titanium are respectively less than O. 1% and 1.1%.
