莱钢冷轧UCM轧机板型闭环控制的优化

摘要 主要描述了莱钢冷轧2#UCM轧机板型闭环控制系统的组成及其功能,重点介绍了板型闭环控制的滞后性补偿原理及方法,采用改进型的Smith预估补偿器,通过预估线性化的数学模型将滞后系统转化为非滞后系统,有效的解决了由于系统滞后时间变化,引起板型调节不及时发生的断带问题,提高了整个闲环的控制精度,改善了板型的质量,提高了轧制成材率。 The paper mainly introduces the compositions and functions of the closed-loop shape control system of cold rolling 2#UCM mill of Laigang, emphatically describes the hysteretic nature compensation principles and methods of the closed loop shape control. And by using the improved type Smith predictor controller, through predictor linearization mathematical model, the delay system is transformed into the non delay system, thus, the belt breaking problem caused by not being regulated in time due to the change in delay time of the system is solved effectively, the control precision of closed loop system is increased, the shape quality and the rolling yield are all improved.
