炼钢厂两座50t精炼炉电气仪表元件严重老化,冶炼生产只能手动控制电极。通过对精炼炉PLC控制器智能升级改造,精炼炉冶炼钢水自动化控制技术的集成与创新,缩短冶炼时间,降低吨钢电耗,满足了品种钢批量生产的需要。
The electrical instruments and components of two 50t refining furnaces in the steelmaking plant are seriously aged, and the electrode is controlled only by hand during smelting production. Through intelligent upgrading and regeneration of PLC controller in the refining furnace, and by integration and innovation of the automatic control technology in smelting molten steel for refining furnace, the smelting time is shortened, the electric power consumption per ton steel is decreased, and the requirements of the batch production of high-grade variety steels are well met.
