摘要
气体脱硫装置采用醇胺法工艺吸收干气及液化气中的H2S,但溶剂胺除了吸收H2S和CO2外,也能和系统中其他非挥发性酸(如甲酸、乙酸等)反应生成热稳盐。当胺液中的热稳盐含量较高时,会导致气体脱后H2S含量超标、设备腐蚀严重等问题。中石化广州分公司气体脱硫装置使用了HT-825A胺液净化再生设备后,胺液中的HSS体积分数从7.42%降至0.88%,胺液性能改善,净化气体H2S含量下降,设备的腐蚀速率降低。
The H2S in dry gas and liquefied gas is absorbed by alkylol amine technology in gas desulphurization unit. The amine can not only absorb H2 S and CO2, but also react with non-volatile acid such as formic acid, acetic acid and so on in the unit and produce heat stability salt (HSS). If the content of HSS in the amine solution is high, the H2 S in purified gas will be out of limits and lead to serious corrosion of equipment and unstable operation of the unit. After using HT-825A amine solt^tion purification device, the content of HSS in amine solution reduces from 7.42% to 0.88%, the quality of amine solution is im- proved and the corrosion rate of equipment is decreased, which is good to the long-periodic operation of the unit.
