脂肪源性干细胞移植对顺铂诱导的小鼠急性肾损伤的影响

摘要
脂肪源性干细胞(ADSC)具有取材方便、对供体损伤小,以及少量组织即可获取大量干细胞等优点。我们的前期研究表明,ADSC可减轻肾小管上皮细胞结构的损伤,抑制细胞凋亡,而将低氧诱导因子(HIF—1α)转染ADSC后其作用更为明显。本研究观察ADSC移植对急性肾损伤小鼠模型肾功能、肾组织学等变化的影响。
