摘要
研究了100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫对茄子嫁接苗和自根苗的光合作用和离子含量的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下,茄子嫁接苗和自根苗的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)、K^+含量、K^+/Na^+值均显著降低,嫁接苗以上指标均高于自根苗;Na^+、Cl^-含量均显著升高,嫁接苗的Na^+、Cl^-含量低于自根苗。以上结果表明:NaCl胁迫抑制了茄子幼苗光合作用,嫁接苗耐盐性优于自根苗。
Ab The greenhouse culture of grafted and self-root eggplant seedlings was carried out under 100 mmol/L NaC1 stress. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rates ( Pn), stomatal conductances (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentrations (Ci) and transpiration rates(Tr), K ~ contents and K +/Na+ ratios of all the seedlings were significantly decreased under NaC1 stress,and all the above indices of the grafted seedlings were higher than those of the self-root seedlings;The Na+ and C1- contents of all the seedlings were significantly increased, but those of the grafted seedlings were lower than those of the self-root seedlings. The above results indicated that NaC1 stress inhibited the photosynthesis of the seedlings but the salt tolerance of the grafted seedlings was higher than that of the self-root seedlings.
