考来木离体培养及产业化研究

In vitro culture and commercial production of Correa carmen

以带腋芽的茎段为外植体,对2个考来木品种进行了离体培养研究。结果表明:在1/2MS培养基上,当NAA浓度为0.1 mg/L、BA浓度为1.0 mg/L时,2种考来木的增殖系数分别为3.48和2.61;生根用培养基1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L效果较佳,2种考来木的生根率分别可达90.00%和83.33%,适时移栽成活率可达90%。

The stem segments with axillary buds were used as test materials and in vitro culture of two Correa carmen varieties was studied. The experimental results showed that when the medium was I/2MS and the concentrations of NAA and BA were respectively 0.1 and 1.0 mg/L,the multiplication rates of the two varieties reached 3.48 and 2.61, respectively;When the rooting medium was 1/2MS ＋ 0.1 mg/L IBA, the rooting rates of the two varieties could be up to 90.00% and 83.33 %, respectively; The survival rate of timely transplanting could be up to 90%.
