低温胁迫对番茄幼苗叶绿素和丙二醛的影响 被引量:17

摘要 以有耐寒性差异的3个番茄品种为试材,研究了番茄幼苗在6、10、15℃和25℃处理下叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:低温胁迫下,番茄叶片叶绿素含量降低,下降幅度随胁迫程度的加强而增加,耐性强的品种下降幅度较小。MDA含量随着低温胁迫时间的延长和胁迫程度的增强而增加,耐性强的品种其MDA含量增加的慢且少。 Three tomato cultivars with different cold tolerances were used as test materials, and their seedlings'chlorophyll and malondialdehyde(MDA) variations were studied at 6, 10, 15 ℃ and 25 ℃. The results showed that under chilling stress, the tomato leaves'chlorophyll content decreased gradually and the decrement extent was in agreement with the intensity of chilling stress, but the cold- tolerant cultivar decreased less in chlorophyll content than the cold-sensitive one. The MDA content increased with the stress lasting and heightening, but the cold-tolerant cultivar increased slower and less in MDA content than the cold-sensitive one.
