白塞病并静脉窦血栓形成1例 被引量：2

摘要 脑静脉窦血栓形成（cerebralveflous sinus thrombosis,CVST）是指颅内静脉窦形成血L栓，引起窦腔狭窄、闭塞．脑静脉血回流和脑脊液吸收障碍，继而引起脑水肿、颅内压增高等一系列病理生理改变以及相应局灶症状的一组疾病。临床表现缺乏特异性，该病病因复杂，而以白塞病为病因，仅表现为颅高压的病例少见，现将我院收治1例以静脉窦血栓形成起病的白塞病报道如下。
