摘要
目的观察坦索罗辛（Tamsulosin）治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效，探讨其作用机制。方法62例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者口服坦索罗辛治疗6周，比较治疗前后尿流率-尿道括约肌肌电图及慢性前列腺炎症状评分变化。结果治疗后62例患者的的最大尿流率（Qmax）、平均尿流率（Qave）、肌电图比值（TL值）均显著提高，慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）明显降低，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），总有效率88．7％（55／62）。结论坦索罗辛可以明显改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的下尿路功能性梗阻。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tamsulosin on Type Ⅲ prostatitis and investigate the mechanism of its action. Methods Sixty-two cases of Type Ⅲ prostatitis were treated with Tamsulosin for six weeks to observe the urine flow rate--urethral sphincter electromyogram and the NIH-CPSI before and after the treatment. Results There were significant difference in the whole Qmax, Qave, TL value and NIH-CPSI before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 88.7%. Conclusion Tamsulosin can alleviate functional obstruction of the lower urinary tract in Type Ⅲ prostatitis, which may be the mechanism of its action.
