摘要 目的分析普通高校大学生运动损伤的原因特点,探讨防控措施。方法对972例运动损伤病例的损伤原因、损伤部位和损伤性质进行统计分析。结果损伤主要发生在课外,引起损伤的主要原因是技术操作性错误和运动前准备不足,损伤部位以足踝部最多见,膝部次之。结论针对运动损伤的特点和致伤原因,采取相应的预防措施,是防止大学生运动损伤的关键。 Objective To analyze the causes of university students' injury in sports and discuss measures for precaution. Methods A total of 972 cases of sport injury were analyzed statistically, considering the causes of injury, parts of injury and conditions of injury. Results The most injuries happened outside class. The main causes were wrong movements and lack of preparation before exercises. Ankle injury was most frequent, followed by knee injury. Conclusions To take precautions according to certain features and causes of injury in sports is essential in preventing such injuries among university students.
