青年员工是单位的主体和未来。面对纷繁复杂的社会环境,加强和改进青年员工思想政治工作是新时期思想政治工作的重要课题。苏州工业园区疾病防治中心探索用共同愿景引领青年员工,用先进文化凝聚青年员工,用现代传媒疏导青年员工,使思想政治工作事半功倍。本文探讨了青年员工思想政治工作中应把握的事项,避免共同愿景模糊不清、单位文化低级趣味、教育方式陈旧单一。

Youth is the subject and future of the unit staff. Facing the complex social environment, strengthening and improving the young employees＇ ideological and political work are important issues of the ideological and political work in the new period. The Suzhou Industrial Park Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is exploring to lead young employees with the common vision, to condense young employees with advanced culture, and to dredge young employees with the modem media, which made the thought political work easier. This paper discusses the issues that should grasped in the young employees＇ ideological and political work, which prevents the shared vision blurring, unit culture being bad taste, and the education means being old and singling.
