通脉愈心浓缩丸治疗颈动脉粥样硬化61例临床观察

Tongmaiyuxin Concintratal Pill treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in clinical observation of 65 cases

目的:观察通脉愈心浓缩丸对颈动脉粥样硬化(Cas)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块类型的影响与临床疗效。方法:130例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为2组,对照组65例,服用西药常规治疗;治疗组65例,在服用西药常规治疗基础上加服通脉愈心浓缩丸,1年后观察两组患者的临床疗效、颈动脉内膜中层厚度与斑块类型。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗组与对照组均能明显的降低颈动脉内膜中层的厚度与不稳定斑块类型,提高临床疗效(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通脉愈心浓缩丸能较好的降低颈动脉内膜中层厚度,稳定斑块,提高临床疗效。

Objectives： Observation the clinical effects of tongmaiyuxin concintratal pill on carotid atherosclerosis, and the effects of carotid artery intima - media thickness and plaque type. Methods： 130 patients of carotid atherosclerosis were divided randomly in- to treatment group （65cases） and control group （65 cases）. Conventional western medical therapy was given to both groups. At the same time, the treatment group received Tongmaiyuxin coneintratal pill. The courses of treatment of two groups were 1 year. Results： Compared with before treatment. Both groups have significant reduce on carotid artery intima- media thickness and plaque instability type, Improve the clinical efficacy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion： Tongmaiyuxin concintratal pill can decrease carotid artery intima - media thickness and stability Plaque and improve clinical effect.
