浅谈80例后腹腔镜手术的护理配合体会

目的:总结泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术手术室护理配合要点。方法:对80例后腹腔镜手术中的护理配合进行总结分析。结果:本组80例手术均获得成功,手术室护理配合满意。结论:术前访视及与主刀医生进行充分的术前沟通,有利于术前用物的充分准备和术中密切默契的配合;腹腔镜器械性能良好是保证手术成功的必备条件,手术室护士熟悉手术步骤和积极主动的护理配合是手术成功不可或缺的重要因素。

Objective： summary of Urology laparoscopic surgery operating room care with the main points. Methods： The care with 350 cases of laparoscnpic surgery were analyzed. Results： Of the 350 cases of surgical success, operating room nursing with satisfac- tion. Conclusion： Preoperative visits and communication with the surgeon adequate preoperative, closely with the tacit understanding in the matter fully prepared and intraoperative preoperative; good performance of laparoscopic instruments is a prerequisite to ensure successful operation, the operating room nurse familiar with the surgical procedures and proactive co - ordination of care is surgery is essential to the success of an important factor.
