摘要
针对当前农村中小学教师补充机制的缺陷,亟需建立农村中小学教师的流失补偿制度、健全农村中小学教师退出机制、完善农村中小学教师培养培训制度、建立县域内中小学教师全员流动制度,从而创新农村中小学教师补充长效机制,促进农村教育的发展。
It is urgent to establish or perfect the systems of replenishment, supplement, secession, cultivation and training and personnel' s rational flow in view of the defect in the present replenishment mechanism. The establishment of such a creative enduring mechanism can promote the development of rural education.
