文化强国背景下编辑的素养与责任

An editor's attainments and responsibility against the cultural power background

党的十七届六中全会确立了建设社会主义文化强国的宏伟目标。媒体作为文化的重要载体,是文化的传播者和传承者,而编辑则是媒体的"大脑"。如果没有一支能力强、素质高、作风硬的编辑队伍,媒体在建设社会主义文化强国中的方向性、导向性等就会发生偏差,影响社会主义文化强国的建设。提高媒体编辑的素养、强化编辑的责任刻不容缓。

The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party set up the great target of building China into a socialist cultural power. As an important carrier of culture, media is the conveyer of culture, while an editor is the ＂brain＂ of media. If the editing staff has not a strong ability and high quality, the media direction may be deviated in the process of constructing the socialist cultural power. Consequently, this will influence its construction. Therefore,it is urgent to elevate the editing staffs level and strengthen their responsibility.
