从“国培计划”谈教师培训改革的有效途径

Effective approaches to teacher training reform in the perspective of "National Training Plan"

结合"国培计划"实施现状,探讨了教师培训改革的有效途径,指出新时期的教师培训工作必须按照以人为本、科学规划的要求,坚持教师为培训主体,改革现有的教师培训体制,构建科学合理的教师培训体系,以满足教师不同成长阶段的培训需求。

Combining the implementation status quo of ＂National Training Plan＂, this paper discusses the effective approaches to teacher training reform. It holds that teacher training must follow the principle of people-orientedness and scientific planning. We should reform the present teacher training system, construct a scientific mechanism so as to meet the teachers＇ needs in different de-velopment stages.
