It is essential to apply the affective teaching approach in the course of Law of Human Rights in view of the peculiari-ty of the course content. The core of the approach is to pay close attention to students＇ feelings and build students＇ healthy humanity and personality. In the practical teaching, we can adopt various methods of thinking in other＇ s perspective, giving colour to feelings, learning on site and simulating feelings and scenes.
