高职酒店管理专业校外实训基地建设应遵循重点选择、合作共赢、有效沟通的原则,结合校地实际,合理布局和建设松散型、紧密型和战略型的校外实训基地。

This paper holds that the construction of off-campus training bases of Hotel Management Specialty （HMS） of voca-tional higher education （VHE） should abide by the principles of key choice, cooperative win-wins and effective communication. It is necessary to build off-campus training bases of loose, close and strategic types respectively.
