亚临床甲状腺功能减退症实验研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 随着测定血清促甲状腺激素放射免疫技术的不断改进,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的诊断率越来越高,其发病率在我国有逐年上升的趋势,其致病机理目前尚不清楚。近年来,国内外一些学者从实验研究角度,对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的发病机理作了一些探讨,笔者就国内外造模方法与实验研究内容做一综述。1造模方法研究在对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（简称亚临床甲减）的实验研究中,动物模型的研究是重要环节。已有报道皆是采用诱发性动物模型,
