大港油田总医院注射用胰岛素使用情况分析

目的了解大港油田总医院门诊药房注射用胰岛素的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对大港油田总医院门诊药房2009～2011年注射用胰岛素的品种、销售金额、门诊使用情况等进行统计、分析。结果近3年注射用胰岛素品种逐年增加,胰岛素类似物在临床上用量逐年增长,胰岛素制剂品种趋向多样化,方便合理选用。结论胰岛素类似物受到医生和患者的青睐,市场需求潜力巨大。

Objective To investigate the utilization and characteristies of Insulin for injection in outpatient department of our hospital, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs. Methods We statistically analyzed insulin for Injection used in General Hospital of Dagang Oil Field during 2009-2011 in respect to their category, consumption and clinical application using interact methods. Results Over the 3 years, the kinds of Insulin for injection was increased year by year, The consumption of insulin similitudes had been increased year by year. As the category of preparations of insulin similitudes was more and more diversified,we have more reasonable choices. Conclusion Insulin similitudes are especially favored by both doctors and patients, the demand for which is potential.
