急性化脓性阑尾炎20例X线表现分析

目的探讨不典型急性化脓性阑尾炎的X线表现,为临床诊断提供有价值的信息。方法 20例门诊急腹痛患者均行立、卧位腹部平片,血液常规等检查。结果所有急腹痛患者通过上述检查后进行急诊手术,术中所见及术后所切除阑尾组织病理诊断确诊急性化脓性阑尾炎。结论腹部平片对不典型急性化脓性阑尾炎的诊断有重要的临床价值,并通过手术病例证实。

Objective To investigate the atypical acute suppurative appendicitis in abdominal plain film radiography, for clinical diagnosis and provide valuable information. Methods 20 cases of outpatients with acute abdominal pain underwent vertical, decubitus abdominal plain film, blood routine examination. Results Acute abdominal pain through the examination after emergency operation, operative findings and postoperative pathological diagnosis of appendix diagnosed acute suppurative appendicitis. Conclusion Abdominal plain film of atypical acute suppurative appendicitis diagnosis has important clinical value, and through operation cases.
