老年住院患者的不安全因素分析及对策

目的分析老年患者住院期间的不安全因素,提出合理有效的管理对策,提高老年患者住院的安全性,预防护理中的事故发生。方法回顾分析90例住院老年患者在护理中出现的安全不良事件,对其因素进行分析和讨论,提出安全管理对策,之后对90例老年住院患者进行护理满意度调查。结果安全管理对策和护理措施实施以来,患者的满意度由91.1%升到了98.9%,并且无患者伤害事件发生。结论对老年住院患者加强管理和护理,可以提高护理质量,避免安全事故发生。

Objective To analyse the unsafe factors of the elderly hospitalization patients, proposed the reasonable effective management measures, to improve the hospital security of the elderly patients, preventing the accidents to happen in the nursing care.Methods Retrospectively analysed the adverse events of 90 elderly hospitalized patients in nursing care, analysed and discussed the factors, put forward countermeasures of safety management, then investigate the satisfaction of 90 elderly hospitalized patients. Results Since the safety management measures and nursing measures built, the patients＇satisfaction is increased from 91.1% to 98.9%, and none of the patients have injury events.Conclusion To strengthen the management and nurse of elderly hospitalized patients, can improve the quality of nursing care and avoid safety accidents to happen.
