摘要
目的通过回顾性调查研究,描述大学生超重/肥胖情况,探讨超重/肥胖的早期营养因素。方法按照整群抽样的方法对合肥市某一高校大一新生进行问卷调查,获得研究对象的一般情况、出生资料及早期营养情况、饮食行为和家庭基本情况等。测量大学生的身高和体重,并计算体质指数(BMI)值。运用统计分析软件,对不同组间早期营养因素进行分析。结果单因素回归结果显示大学生性别,出生体重,独生子女,居住地,5~6岁发育状况,11~12岁发育状况,父母亲体型、文化程度、职业等因素的大学生超重/肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示大学生11~12岁时的发育状况是超重/肥胖的最主要危险因素。结论 11~12岁发育状况是导致大学生超重/肥胖的主要影响因素。
To describe the situation and explore early nutrition factors for overweight/obesity in col- lege students through retrospective survey. Methods Questionnaires were collected from a college freshmen in Hefei by cluster sampling. The participants' general characteristics, birth weight, early nutrition status, dietary behaviors and general family situation were obtained. Body mass index(BMI) was calculated according to height and weight of the college students and the early nutritional factors among different groups were analyzed by statistical a- nalysis software. Results The results of single factor regression showed that gender, birth weight, only-child status, development status of 5 - 6 years old and 11 -12 years old, body type, occupation and educational level of parents affected the detection rate of overweight/obesity ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that development status of 11 - 12 years old was the most important risk factor for overweight/obesity in college students. Conclusion It is suggested that development status of 11-12 years old is the main influential factor for overweight/obesity in college students.
