TRPM8在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎SD大鼠前列腺组织的表达 被引量:1

Expression of transient receptor potential M8 in the prostate of the SD-rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis

摘要 将40只SD大鼠随机分成实验模型组和正常对照组,采用大鼠前列腺蛋白提取液与弗氏完全佐剂(FCA)建立慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)大鼠模型,荧光定量PCR检测瞬时受体电位通道M8(TRPM8)mRNA相对表达水平,比较两组间的差异。实验模型组与正常对照组SD大鼠前列腺组织内均见TRPM8 mRNA表达,分别为0.811±0.044、0.937±0.050,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Forty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. The rat prostate protein extract with freund's com±plete adjuvant (FCA) was used to establish the rat model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Then SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR measured the relative expression levels of TRPM8 mRNA between the two groups. The TRPMSmRNA expression were found both in model group and normal control group prostate tissue, 0. 811 ± 0. 044, 0. 937 ± 0. 050, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ).
