摘要
用高脂饮食复制兔动脉粥样硬化,并给予瑞舒伐他汀建立治疗组模型,获取肝脏,用硝酸、过氧化氢混合液微波消解样品,采用原子荧光光谱法测定肝脏组织中硒的含量。正常组、高脂组和治疗组硒在肝脏组织中含量分别为3.307 5、2.139 1和1.928 6 mg/kg。给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗后,瑞舒伐他汀组肝脏硒含量比高脂组硒平均含量下降9.84%。
With a high-fat diet, the study reproduced white rabbits' liver with atherosclerosis disease, and obtained the sample after applying rosuvastatin, then microwave-digested the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide of hydrogen. Se contents were measured with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Se contents in the livers of normal group, high-adipose group and treatment group are 3. 307 5 mg./kg, 2. 139 1 mg/kg and 1. 928 6 mg/kg re- spectively. After being treated with rosuvastatin, Se contents in treatment group have dropped 9.84%.
